My name is Kenny E. and I am the proud owner of Don’t Be Scammed, LLC. I formed this company with one goal in mind: to beat scammers at their own game.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, I fell victim to an email scam when attempting to purchase personal protection equipment (PPE). The scammer posed as a medical supply company and instructed me to wire the funds for my order. Before I knew it, my email was hacked and over $110,000.00 was stolen from me. I felt embarrassed, enraged, and hopeless to say the least.
From that point on, I wondered just how many other people in the United States and Canada are being scammed each and every day. That’s why I decided to help prevent others from becoming victims through Don’t Be Scammed, LLC.
