Subscription Policy

1. Subscription Overview

We offer two flexible subscription plans:

  • Gold Package – for individual users

  • Platinum Package – for up to 4 users (great for families or small teams)

Subscriptions are available on a monthly or annual basis and are billed automatically according to the plan you select.

There are no contracts and no long-term commitments—you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time.

2. Billing and Renewals

All subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or yearly) unless canceled in advance.

  • You will receive a confirmation email after each successful payment.

  • You are responsible for keeping your billing information current.

3. How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time for any reason—no questions asked.

To cancel your subscription, choose one of the following methods:

  • Use the “My Account” page on our website to manage or cancel your subscription directly.

  • Email us at membership@dontbescammed.com with your cancellation request.

  • Submit a request through our Contact Us page.

Please allow up to 48 hours for email or form cancellation requests to be processed. You will retain access to your subscription through the remainder of your current billing period.

4. Refunds

As outlined in our Terms and Conditions, all sales are final, and refunds are not guaranteed. However, if you encounter any service-related issues, please reach out through our Contact Us page—we’re happy to help and will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
